Job Title: Executive - Purchase Executive

Job Profile :

The ideal candidate for the Purchase Executive position in Industrial Electronics should possess the following qualities:

  1. Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in procurement, specifically in the field of industrial electronics, is required.

      2.  Electronic Component Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of electronic components used in the   

           industrial electronics sector, including the ability to identify components based on specifications

           and technical requirements. Also know the Local Purchase Components from Lamington Market

            and Online Purchase from Element14, Digi-key and Mouser Electronics.

      3.   Vendor Management: Proven ability to cultivate relationships with local vendors and source      

            electronic components at competitive prices, ensuring high-quality standards.

      4.   International Sourcing: Experience in sourcing electronic components from international   

            markets, including knowledge of import-export regulations and procedures.

      5.   CHIMS Certificate: Possession of a CHIMS (Customs House Agent License) certificate to facilitate    

            customs clearance for imported components.

      6.    Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing from vendors    

             while maintaining good relationships.


       7.   Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as technical experts and  

             operations, to ensure smooth procurement processes and timely delivery of components.


       8.    Analytical Abilities: Skilled in conducting market research, analyzing supplier capabilities, and  

             making informed decisions based on cost, quality, and reliability factors.


        9.    Vendor Evaluation: Experience in evaluating vendor performance, assessing their capabilities,    

               and making recommendations for vendor selection and improvement.


       10.   Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage purchase  

              orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records.

       11.  Logistics: Experience in logistics to maintain track records follow up each Shipment.

       12.   Vendor Payment: Follow Vendor payment with Account Department and make ensure all   

               Invoices to be submitted timely.
